  • ARE THERE ANY OTHER WAYS TO ACQUIRE A LAVA SURF CULTURE® BOARD? more info

    Yes. Lava Surf Culture® is present in some shops across our country. To do so, simply consult our website - PARTNERS - and see if the models you wish to purchase are available at our reseller shops. If the shop you selected does not have the desired model, you can always leave your details and ordering through our partners.

  • CAN I CUSTOMIZE A LAVA SURF CULTURE® BOARD AS I WISH? more info

    Lava Surf Culture® works with several materials and different ways to customize any selected model. However, any customisation will need to be verified in detail due to understanding if the manufacture of the board is possible. In more complex cases, we advise our customers to send a file via email with an example as concrete as possible for analysis of our technical team.

  • WHAT IS THE COST OF A LAVA SURF CULTURE® BOARD? more info

    To process any quotation – regardless of the chosen model – Lava Surf Culture® must evaluate all items chosen by the customer. Costs may vary substantially by choosing specific materials, finishes, etc. So we always ask our clients to complete our order form as completely as possible.

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE? more info

    To purchase a Lava Surf Culture® surfboard you can use different payment methods: Bank Transfer, Paypal and ATM reference (only applicable to Portugal).

  • DO I HAVE TO PREPAY ANY AMOUNT? more info

    Yes. By placing an order for a Lava Surf Culture® board you will be notified by email of the total amount payable (Board, shipping, etc.) and so you should make the payment of 50 % of this total within 72 hours. If payment of this amount does not log into our computer system, the order request is automatically canceled. Yet, and if the customer gives up the order after payment of 50 % of adjudication and after the manufacturing process is started, the amount paid is not returned - exceptionally when the customer wants to modify only issues related to the board finish (polishing , dry sanding, etc.).

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS WHEN I MAKE AN ORDER? more info

    We make deliveries of our products in two ways: if delivery of the board takes place within a 100km radius of our facilities, we make the delivery personally to the customer at no cost. On the other hand, if the delivery is to a location that does not include the travel distance calculated by us, our products will be delivered via carrier and an estimated additional cost upon request will be taxed.

  • I’M ABROAD BUT WOULD LIKE TO ACQUIRE A LAVA SURF CULTURE® BOARD. HOW CAN I DO IT AND DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS? more info

    Regardless your location, you can always make your request for quote via our order form. The prices for delivery abroad are analysed depending on the delivery country. In some cases, the transport value can be high, despite the volume and weight of the board can be reduced. Ex.: deliver 1 or 4 boards for the same country may differ very little in the cost of postage. So, and if other people is interested (within your group of friends or acquaintances), we advise you to join the orders and send all the material together.

  • WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR A LAVA SURF CULTURE® BOARD? more info

    The estimated time of production of a Lava Surf Culture® surfboard may vary between 3/6 weeks depending on the finishing to be made, and the volume of our production. As such, we always advise planning your order in advance, because all our boards are custom made and, as such, there can always be changes in relation to the model or type of finishing to be made.

  • I RECEIVED A DAMAGED BOARD. WHAT CAN I DO? more info

    Deliveries in person are always checked a priori and delivered in perfect condition. However, and as is always present a team member, any fault should be reported immediately on delivery. In the case of products delivered via carrier, any damage checked on the opening of the order, must be reported immediately, and preferably with the aid of photographs of the damage so that we can actuate the insurance. We advise you to always verify the physical integrity of the packaging upon delivery. Caution: any report of damage must be made immediately at the maximum of 24 hours time after receiving the Lava Surf Culture® order as well as the transport insurance, does not warrant any refund if the customer only present the report of damage one week after receiving the order. Still, any damage found on board will be subject expertise by a member of our technical team.

  • WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE TO PRODUCE YOUR BOARDS? more info

    Materials used for Lava Surf Culture® are top materials. These range from the SILMAR resins, HEXCEL fibers, blanks (US BLANKS, ARTIC or BURFORD), pigments, etc. As in any case in the manufacturing of boards, we only adjust the purchase of the blanks by the model selection of the customer. This is due to the curvature/rocker certain brands manufacture and which could be more appropriate to the type of model to be manufactured. Lava Surf Culture® manufactures premium boards and ensures you the highest quality in our manufacturing areas – from the materials to the professionals which make part of our team.
